Amy Bloomquist

Bio:

Amy is the Director of Customer Success at NourishedRx. She is a healthcare strategist; designing programs and systems to help individuals achieve their best health. Amy brings expertise in strategic partnerships, human-centered design, population health, health equity, and social determinants of health.

‍Her experience spans roles in corporate strategy, medical affairs, and quality management, formerly leading Population Health at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. She holds a Master of Public Health and a BS from the University of Minnesota.
