Health Payer Connect VIP Pass - Health Plan/Health Payers: This complimentary pass is available to a limited number of qualified applicants on a first come, first served basis. To qualify, you must be currently employed at a health insurance provider, Medicare Advantage plan, or managed care organization. As a VIP attendee, you agree to participate in a set number of pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings with our event partners. Completion of all meetings is required to be eligible for hotel and travel credits. Non- Health Payer Connect VIP Pass - Health Plan/Health Payers: This pass is for professionals employed at a health insurance provider, Medicare Advantage plan, or managed care organization You must be actively employed at health insurance providers, Medicare Advantage plans, or managed care organizations. Healthcare Providers: This pass is for professionals employed at hospital, health system, or medical facility without business development, sales and marketing titles would be eligible. To see if you qualify, contact [email protected].

Government Agencies or Academic Institutions: Must register with an .edu or .gov email address to be approved. 

This complimentary pass is available to a limited number of qualified applicants on a first come, first served basis. 

Professionals who work at the following organizations qualify for this pass type. If you have a sales or business development title or job function, please do not select this pass option.

To be eligible, you must be currently employed at a:

• Health Insurance Provider
• Medicare Advantage Plans
• Manage Care Organizations

By submitting this application to attend the event as a hosted buyer, you agree to participate in up to eight (8) one-on-one meetings (15 minutes each) with our event partners.

Upon completing your meetings by the end of the event, you will receive:

• Hotel credit for two (2) nights at the Orlando Word Center Marriott
• Flight credit up to $750
