Fierce Health Payer Connect is a curated meeting program which takes places during the conference. It has been specifically designed to connect buyers working across the payer spectrum (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, employers) to suppliers specifically matched to address their unique challenges.

To be eligible, you must be senior health payer professional, currently employed at a:

• Health Insurance Provider
• Medicare Advantage Plans
• Managed Care Organizations

Your acceptance as a participating VIP attendee includes the following benefits:

• All Access Pass to the Fierce Health Payer Summit
• Personalized schedule of 15-minute, 1:1 meetings with participating vendors
• Airfare (up to $750; travel to be arranged by Questex travel department)
• Hotel accommodations for up two nights at the Orlando World Center Mariott.

In exchange for these benefits the VIP attendee agrees to:

• Complete a total of up to eight (8) one-to-one meetings
• Prior to event, Buyer will complete their company profile and pre-select companies to meet with onsite via the event app when prompted by event management
• If Buyer does not select the requested minimum number of meetings, Buyer will be assigned additional appointments by Fierce Health Payer Hosted Buyer Program

Suppliers participating in the Fierce Health Payer Connect program need to be an existing partner of the Fierce Health Payer Summit.

Fierce Health Payer Connect has been designed to be a seamless experience. Once confirmed, all you need to do is access your profile on the Event app (this will be in the weeks before the event) and check your profile is complete and rank each buyer/supplier based on the interest you have in meeting them. You do also need to make sure that you are available for ALL scheduled 1:1 meeting times once onsite.

GRIP is the mobile event app we use to facilitate the meetings of the Connect program. It works both on your desktop browser and your phone. We will send login instructions when your profiles have been created. 

Yes, to an extent. Around 10 days out from the start of the Fierce Health Payer Summit, we will send you instructions to access your Connect profile and rank each participant based on interest in meeting them. Based on these selections coupled with your signup information, the system will generate a meeting schedule which we will make available to you to review before arriving. It is very important you engage with this process otherwise you may risk being paired with a buyer/supplier that is not directly of interest.

As a VIP attendee, you have agreed to participate in all scheduled meetings of the Fierce Health Payer Connect program and failure to do so will constitute a breach of agreement. In such cases, the Buyer will be required to reimburse event management $750.00 to offset costs associated with their participation.

However, we do appreciate that these things can happen, and when possible we will work with you to facilitate an introduction with the supplier so that you can meet them while onsite or after.
