Cathy Grason oversees Oscar Health's legislative and regulatory engagement at both state and federal levels. Her extensive background includes leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and the Maryland Insurance Administration, where she served as Chief of Staff. She has deep expertise in ACA legislation, state regulation, and policy analysis and is admitted to the bar in Maryland, D.C., and federal court. Cathy was named a “Leading Woman” and a “Generation J.D. Legal Leader” by The Daily Record and is a dedicated advocate for informed healthcare reform.
