Holding a master’s degree in healthcare administration and clinical informatics and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Dianna brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and operational leadership. With a career spanning inpatient, outpatient, health centers, and payer settings, Dianna has successfully driven initiatives in business process improvement, electronic medical record (EMR) implementation, regulatory compliance, and provider performance programs, while effectively leading numerous enterprise-wide quality initiatives. Over the past six years, Dianna has focused on driving excellence in Medicare Advantage, successfully leading strategies to achieve and sustain high Star Ratings.
