Frank Webster

Bio:

Dr. Webster is a enior physician executive with more than 25 years of clinical and leadership experience across managed behavioral healthcare, health plan operations, Emergency Psychiatry, healthcare systems, clinical data and academic medicine. Currently Executive Vice President for Strategic Innovation at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, and Founder and Managing Director of Webster Strategic Health Advisors, LLC.  Advising payers, providers, and health/behavioral-health technology companies from startups to established players, on strategy, data organization/visualization, and reimbursement. Deep expertise in data analytics and health informatics ensured effective data organizaiton and visualization for a 17-million-member commercially insured population, and used that infrastructure to evaluate the effectiveness of new care models for chronic, severe mental illness. Also had responsibility for HCSC’s 3+ Million Medicaid and Medicare memberships.  Taught health informatics in the Master of Healthcare Administration Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (now UT Tyler).
