Bio:
Gary Jesse, Senior Vice President of Sellers Dorsey’s National Medicaid Consulting Practice. Since 2017, Jesse has led the practice’s growth through business development and oversight of client engagements. As a former Medicaid Director in Texas, he leverages his extensive experience with Medicaid managed care, LTSS, Medicaid market advisory and research, and health policy to design and implement solutions for clients that include state aging and Medicaid agencies, MCOs, private equity firms, and solutions partners. Jesse holds a BS in applied sociology from Texas University at San Marcos and studied for his MS in interdisciplinary studies at Southwest Texas State University.
