Julie Bogorad

Bio:

Julie Bogorad is an accomplished legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in public policy and health care law. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Public Policy at Independence Blue Cross since April 2023, Julie has a robust background in regulatory and government affairs, having held key positions at Bright Health, Oscar Health, Minuteman Health, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan. With a legal career beginning as a Legal Assistant at Mintz Levin, Julie progressed to roles such as Associate General Counsel and Regulatory Counsel. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and History from Cornell University.
