Bio:
Justin Ley is the co-founder and CEO of Reema Health, a mission-driven company addressing the clinical and social needs of health plans’ hardest-to-reach members. By combining in-person support with a data driven platform, Reema’s clinically integrated care model achieves industry-leading engagement rates and delivers a proven 3:1 ROI by reducing total cost of care and improving member outcomes.
Before founding Reema, Justin spent 15 years building healthcare expertise at organizations including UnitedHealth Group, where he served as an Entrepreneur in Residence, and Revel Health (now Icario), where he was VP of Product and helped position the company as a category leader in member engagement. Justin holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
