Karen Hanlon is president of Highmark Health, where she leads strategy and operations for one of the nation’s largest diversified payer-provider organizations and third largest Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.

A longtime Highmark Health leader, she has played a central role in advancing the company’s Living Health strategy and driving financial and operational transformation across the enterprise, including the turnaround and growth of Allegheny Health Network (AHN).
