Her expertise is in population health, organizational strategy and operations, transformational leadership, P&L management, clinical software development and enablement, and optimizing system and resource performance.
Combining her operations and clinical technology acumen, she enables work processes that improve the health of individuals and populations, the quality and efficiency of healthcare operations, and delivery systems. Her passion is supporting individuals, organizations, and board members to cultivate highly effective teams, effectively manage change, and optimize operations that improve health.
