Pranab Rout is a healthcare finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading financial strategy, value-based care initiatives, and operational transformation across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, provider organizations, and integrated delivery systems.

 

At Verda, he oversees financial planning, regulatory reporting, risk-based contracting, capital management, and performance analytics for Medicare Advantage health plans. He works closely with provider groups, delegated entities, and operational leaders to improve financial performance while advancing quality outcomes, population health management, and sustainable growth.

 

Prior to Verda, Pranab held senior finance leadership roles with Anthem CareMore, Dignity Health, and Molina Healthcare. Pranab is known for bringing a practical payer perspective to healthcare transformation, focusing on the alignment of financial sustainability, value-based care, risk management, and patient outcomes. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
