Bio:
Thomas Graf, M.D. joined Florida Blue in 2023 and serves as Chief Medical Officer for Florida Blue.
Dr. Graf provides strategic leadership and direction for clinical initiatives, fostering collaboration and integration opportunities within the organization and across the healthcare industry. His efforts focus on delivering high-quality, affordable outcomes, with a commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service to members.
Dr. Graf has more than 20 years of experience in population health, value-based care, and health care transformation lending his expertise to notable organizations including Renown Health, Ascension Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Chartis Group, and Geisinger Health System.
Dr. Graf is a board-certified family physician, starting his career as a family physician, and serving in positions including as a Residency Director and Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed his residency at the Henry Ford Health System.
