Dr. Erica Savage-Jeter, originally hailing from South Carolina, kick-started her remarkable journey by earning her undergraduate degree at Wofford College. Her unwavering commitment to healthcare led her to pursue a medical degree and family medicine training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Palmetto Health Family Medicine Residency program, complemented by a master's degree in business administration from Auburn University. In 2016, Dr. Savage-Jeter embarked on her mission to enhance senior healthcare, joining Partners in Primary Care, now known as CenterWell Senior Primary Care, during the launch of their innovative care delivery model in Greenville, SC. Over the years, her roles evolved from center medical director to East Division CMO, showcasing her dedication to ensuring early disease detection, managing chronic conditions, and breaking down barriers to healthy living. Dr. Savage-Jeter firmly believes in fostering a bond of trust and respect between patients and healthcare providers. Beyond her clinical and administrative pursuits, she takes pride in nurturing her two sons, aged 11 and 17, and actively engaging in philanthropic endeavors within her community.

Karen Schulte is the President of SCAN Group's Medicare Division, overseeing the expansion of SCAN's Medicare business and the performance of SCAN Health Plan in existing markets. With extensive leadership experience within the organization from 2006 to 2016, she later served as Chief Operating Officer of CareMore and Aspire Health, an Elevance Affiliate. Karen returned to SCAN in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Network Management, playing a key role in SCAN's growth, network management, and the launch of Embrace, SCAN's Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP). She holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Southern California and serves as an Independent Board Member of Sitka Health, contributing to community health initiatives through the YMCA Health Strategies Task Force.

Since its establishment in 2014, he has led Aledade's growth to encompass over 1,500 practices across 45 states, overseeing the care of more than two million patients and averting more than $1 billion in unnecessary healthcare costs. He holds positions on influential healthcare boards, including the Founder's Council of United States of Care, a Visiting Fellowship at Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, co-chair of the Health Evolution Summit, and a role on the board of directors for Resolve to Save Lives. Previously, he served as the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology from 2011-2013 and played key roles in health IT initiatives and public health endeavors in New York City.
